“Krishna Janmashtami marks the birth of Lord Krishna, the beloved deity known for his wisdom, mischief, and compassion.”
On 14th August 2025, the Pre-Primary wing of M.S. Kawar International School came alive with colour, devotion, and celebration as our youngest learners celebrated Janmashtami with great joy and enthusiasm.
👶 Little Krishnas & Radhas in Action
The day began with an atmosphere full of excitement as the children arrived dressed as Lord Krishna, Radha, and other charming characters from Krishna’s childhood. The sight of little ones in peacock feather crowns, flutes, dhotis, and lehengas created a magical and divine setting, bringing alive the stories of Krishna’s leelas.
🎉 Celebration with Spirit
To seek the blessings of Lord Krishna, students participated in storytelling, devotional songs, and small performances. They learned about the significance of Janmashtami, and the atmosphere was filled with joy, devotion, and celebration. It was an event that beautifully combined culture, faith, and fun, leaving the little ones enriched and happy.
“Their innocent smiles and divine costumes made the day truly special.”
Festivals like Janmashtami give children a chance to connect with cultural roots while enjoying the fun and festivities. It was a heartwarming day that taught values of love, kindness, and devotion through stories and role play.
