Admission Policy
Guidelines for Enrollment at M S Kawar
Applicants must meet educational and age requirements, including passing qualifying exams and providing necessary documentation.
Educational Background
- Students seeking admission to any class in M S Kawar School must have been studying in a school recognized by or affiliated with the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) or any other recognized Board of Secondary Education in India.
- Applicants must have passed the qualifying examination that makes them eligible for admission to the desired class.
Age Requirements:
- Students must meet the age criteria set by the State/Union Territory Government applicable to the location of the school.
Documentation:
- Applicants are required to submit:
- School Leaving Certificate/Transfer Certificate from the last attended institution, signed by the Head of the Institution.
- Documents confirming the passing of the qualifying examination.
- Date of Birth Certificate issued by the Registrar of Birth and Deaths as proof of date of birth.
Additional Information:
- Students who have attended institutions not recognized by CBSE or any recognized Board of Secondary Education will not be admitted based on certificates from such unaccredited institutions.
- “Qualifying Examination” refers to an examination that renders a student eligible for admission to a specific class, while “equivalent examination” pertains to an examination recognized by CBSE as equivalent to its corresponding examination.
Migration from Foreign Schools:
- Students migrating from foreign schools, excluding those affiliated with CBSE, require an eligibility certificate from CBSE. The Principal of M S Kawar School will facilitate the application process by submitting relevant documents and details to CBSE for consideration.
Restrictions:
- Students under sentence of rustication or expulsion from any Board/University/School, or debarred from examinations for any reason, will not be admitted.
- Promotion to higher classes is subject to completion of the regular course of study and passing the relevant examinations.
